Spinach Empire
Spinach Empire is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen spinach, 30 ml dry bread crumbs, 1 small green onion, minced, 1 egg and 10 ml margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
Place spinach, bread crumbs, onion, egg, melted margarine, cheese, garlic, thyme, pepper and salt in a medium bowl.
Arrange tomato slices in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Spoon 1/4 spinach mixture onto each tomato slice.
Shape into a dome.
Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes or until set and heated.
Serve.
