Spinach Elegante
Spinach Elegante is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 c. sour cream and 1 small (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook spinach according to directions on package.
Drain well. Spread on bottom of 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Top with bacon and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with dash of pepper and marjoram. Bake for 15 minutes in a 325Β° oven.
Remove casserole from oven and cover with sour cream and cheese. Return to oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6.
