Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy snack you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, pressing out all excess water by using a spoon during draining, (1 5/8 oz.) pkg. knorr-swiss vegetable soup mix, c. onion, chopped, c. mayonnaise and c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine all ingredients.
Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with chilled raw vegetables or with crackers or bread.
Makes 3 cups.
Can be made a day ahead to blend flavors.
