Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes frozen spinach, 2 c. sour cream, 1 can water chestnuts, sliced, 1/4 c. chives or onion and 1 pkg. knorr (or any brand) vegetable soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Thaw spinach and squeeze it to drain out water.
