Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. knorr vegetable soup mix, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thaw and squeeze dry, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. hellmann's mayonnaise and 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended.
Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and onions.
Cover and chill 2 hours. Stir before serving.
Serve in hollowed out bread with bread pieces or crackers.
Makes 4 cups.
