Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box frozen chopped spinach, drained well, 1 small can sliced water chestnuts, chopped, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, knorr vegetable soup mix and 1 1/2 c. hellmann's mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend all ingredients, refrigerate overnight.

Can be served on toast or with bread.

My preference is to take a round loaf of pumpernickel bread (the color contrast looks nice) or any bread you prefer.

Hollow out the bread making a nice bowl, saving the bread you remove to place around the edges of the "bread bowl" to eat with the dip.
