Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. knorr vegetable soup mix, 2 c. (1 pt.) sour cream, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In medium bowl, blend soup mix with sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Stir in spinach and water chestnuts; chill.
Cut top off bread; set aside. Hollow out the center of the bread; cut into cubes and reserve for dipping.
The bread cubes may be toasted by baking for 5 to 10 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
Spoon the dip into the hollowed out bread.
