Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. lipton dry vegetable soup mix and 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Thaw spinach and squeeze water from spinach until very dry. Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions.
Blend well.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Stir before using.
This dip is good on Town House crackers or vegetable crackers.
