Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope vegetable soup mix, 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and 1 (10 oz.) pack frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In medium bowl, blend envelope of vegetable soup mix, container of sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Drain the frozen chopped spinach and squeeze out all the excess water and add to mix.
Drain and chop can of water chestnuts and add to mix.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix stir until well blended.
Chill for at least 1 hour and serve.
