Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 medium onion, 1 box knorr vegetable soup mix, 1 (7 oz.) sour cream and 1 box frozen chopped spinach, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain spinach and water chestnuts.
Chop onion and chestnuts. Mix all ingredients together.
Cut out middle of Hawaiian King bread.
Spoon spinach dip in center of bread.
Slice to serve.
