Spinach Dip

Made with 7 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained, 1 oz. vegetable soup mix, 1 lb. sour cream, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 5 oz. coarsely chopped water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Squeeze spinach in a towel until dry.
Combine soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and spinach; blend well.
Add water chestnuts and scallions; mix well.
Refrigerate.
