Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained, 1 pkg. knorr leek soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain spinach and wrap in paper towels.
Let stand while mixing in all other ingredients.
Mix well and fold in spinach.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Cut out top of round French bread.
Pull out insides; cut into bite size pieces for dipping.
Put dip in hollowed out bread crust.
Can be made the day before.
