Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed, drained, frozen spinach, 1 can sliced, drained water chestnuts and 2 to 3 chopped scallions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients except bread in food processor.
Chill. Scoop centers from bread you prefer.
Fill bread cavities with dip mixture.
Cut bread centers into cubes.
(May be toasted and used to dip with or used plain.)
