Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. knorr leek soup mix, 1 small can chopped water chestnuts, 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, drained well, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together all ingredients.
Chill. Cut off the top of a round loaf of sourdough French bread.
Carefully hollow out the inside of the bread and cube it.
Fill bread with dip mixture. Pass chips, crackers and French bread for dipping.
