Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. sour cream, 1 envelope knorr vegetable soup mix, 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 bunch chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients except spinach.
Mix well.
Fold in spinach.
Chill for 2 hours.
Take 1 loaf round sourdough bread and hollow out center.
Cut center into cubes.
Put dip into center of bread.
Arrange bread pieces around outside.
Dip into loaf with bread pieces.
