Spinach Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. vegetable soup/dip mix, 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. mayonnaise, 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach and 3 small green scallions, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Thaw frozen spinach.

Rinse, drain and squeeze out excess juice.

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and chill for 2 hours.

Serve in hollowed out round bread (such as rye/pumpernickel) with scooped out bread, cut into chunks.

I sometimes put a small bowl in the center of the bread and put the dip in the bowl.

This way the rest of the bread can be later broken up to use with the dip.
