Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 c. sour cream, 1 round loaf uncut pumpernickel bread and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Squeeze spinach to remove liquid.
Mix spinach, onion and sour cream.
Add mayonnaise and seasonings.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Cut off top of bread.
Scoop out inside of loaf, retaining pieces of bread to use as dipper.
Arrange pieces around the loaf filled with the dip and serve.
