Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pt. sour cream, 1 pkg. (2 oz.) ranch dressing mix, 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach, 1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced and 1 round loaf pumpernickel bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Thaw spinach and squeeze out water.
You may also use a microwave to defrost but do not cook.
Add sour cream, Ranch dressing, chopped water chestnuts and spinach.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
Serve in hollowed out pumpernickel round loaf.
Cut hollowed bread pieces to dip.
