Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, pressing out all excess water by using a spoon during draining, 1 (1 5/8 oz.) pkg. knorr-swiss vegetable soup mix, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
