Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix and 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry.
Stir together spinach, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Add soup mix, water chestnuts, and onions.
Blend well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
