Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (uncooked), drain liquid, 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 1/2 c. sour cream and 3 small green onions, chopped or 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Thaw spinach, squeeze out and chop.
Add sour cream and mayonnaise.
Finely chop water chestnuts and green onions or onion; add vegetable soup mix.
Add this mixture to the spinach, sour cream and mayonnaise mixture.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
