Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chopped spinach, 1 pkg. knorr soup mix, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 can water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Thaw frozen chopped spinach and squeeze dry.
Stir soup mix, 1 1/2 cups sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise until blended.
Stir in spinach, water chestnuts (chopped) and chopped green onions. Cover; chill 2 hours.
Stir before serving.
Makes 4 cups.
