Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 round loaf pumpernickel bread, 1 pkg. knorr leek soup mix, 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, 16 oz. cream cheese and rita crackers (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix leek soup and cream cheese.
Rinse spinach and drain.
Add spinach to cream cheese mixture.
Cut circle in top of loaf and hollow out center.
Spoon dip into loaf and serve with bread torn in dip size pieces.
Also, you can serve with Ritz crackers.
