Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large round sourdough bread, 1/3 c. margarine, 2/3 c. chopped red or green pepper, 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves and 1/3 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut slice from top of bread; remove center, leaving a shell. Cut removed bread into bite-size pieces.
Brush inside of shell with 3 tablespoons margarine.
Place on cookie sheet with cubed bread.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 minutes.
