Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. knorr vegetable soup, 1 pt. sour cream, 3 oz. cream cheese (soft), 1/2 c. minced green onion and 1 small box frozen spinach, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and drain spinach.
Mix all ingredients together and chill.
Hollow out one loaf for serving dip and cube second loaf for dipping.
