Spinach Dip #1 is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. sour cream (2 c.), 1 c. mayonnaise, 3/4 (2 3/4 oz.) pkg. dry leek soup mix, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained and 1/2 c. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large bowl or food processor combine all ingredients except raw vegetables until blended.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
