Spinach Cheese Squares
Spinach Cheese Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 lb. sliced mushrooms and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place spinach in bowl; wring out all water until dry.
Set aside.
Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet on medium heat.
Add onion and mushrooms; saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Place sour cream, bread crumbs and eggs in bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater.
On speed 4, beat 30 seconds.
Add spinach, onion, mushrooms, Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, basil and oregano.
On speed 2, mix 30 seconds, until combined.
