Spinach Cheese Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained, 2 c. packaged stuffing mix, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 6 eggs, beaten and 3/4 c. butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Make sure spinach is squeezed out well.
Combine all ingredients and shape into small balls.
