Spinach Cheese Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. finely ground herb stuffing, 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook spinach; drain until very dry.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Roll balls in palm of hand to the size of an egg yolk.
Place in pan and freeze.
When ready to use, set out and thaw for 5 minutes before placing them on a lightly greased tin. Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
