Made with 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1 c. mushrooms, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown and drain ground beef.

Add onions; cook until onions are transparent.

Add mushrooms, seasonings and thawed spinach. Cook until spinach is warmed through.

Remove from heat.

Top with cheese; bake at 400Β° until cheese is bubbling.

Serve over noodles or rice.
