Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1 c. mushrooms, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown and drain ground beef.
Add onions; cook until onions are transparent.
Add mushrooms, seasonings and thawed spinach. Cook until spinach is warmed through.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soup and sour cream.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with cheese; bake at 400Β° until cheese is bubbling.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Add a salad and French bread.
