Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 1/4 c. grated cheese (monterey jack or mozzarella), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.
Beat eggs with cornstarch.
Add spinach and mix.
