Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. oil, 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. oregano and 2 boxes frozen spinach, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place ground beef in 4-quart saucepan; brown in oil.

Add garlic and oregano.

Place frozen spinach on top of beef on medium heat until spinach thaws.

Pour in mushrooms (drained).

Pour in cheese.

Mix all together.

Turn off heat.

Mix sour cream and soup together.

Add to mixture and stir.

Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
