Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained, 2 c. sour cream, 1 c. pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix, 1 stick melted butter and 1 pkg. lipton onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Set aside 1/2 cup stuffing mix. After draining spinach, mix all ingredients gently. Put into 2-quart casserole.
Top with the 1/2 cup stuffing mix and 2 tablespoons butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
