Made with 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 8 oz. cream cheese, 6 oz. grated brick or mozzarella cheese, 1/4 c. melted butter and 1 large clove, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Steam spinach and squeeze out water.
Mix all ingredients with electric mixer.
Bake in 2 1/2-quart baking dish on 350Β° for 35 minutes or use scoop and bake individual servings on cookie sheet.
