Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 container regular sour cream, 1 1/2 pkg. lipton onion soup mix and 1 huge block cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook spinach; drain. Add onion soup mix, sour cream and 2/3 of grated cheese.
Mix thoroughly. Pour into baking dish. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
