Made with 1 (10 oz) box frozen chopped spinach, 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 tbsp. grated onion, 1/4 c. melted butter and 1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain.

Mix all ingredients, except 3/4 cup stuffing mix, together and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
