Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, 1 stick butter, 1 c. herb stuffing, 1/4 tsp. mace and 1 tbsp. lemon rind, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook spinach and drain well.
Add 1/2 stick of butter and cream cheese.
Blend together.
Add seasonings and sour cream. Put into a greased shallow casserole and cover with dry herb stuffing.
Drizzle 1/2 stick of butter over top of casserole. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
