Spinach Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1/2 pt. sour cream and canned french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook spinach; drain.
Mix altogether, saving some of onion to put on top.
Put in greased casserole; top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining onion; return to oven for 10 more minutes.
