Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 stick butter, 3 to 4 tsp. lemon juice and 1 can artichoke hearts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook and drain spinach; set aside.
Melt butter; add cream cheese and heat on warm, stirring, until blended.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Stir spinach into cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Line bottom of casserole dish with artichoke hearts.
Layer spinach mixture on top.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
