Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, 1 stick butter or 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine, 3 or 4 oz. cream cheese, 3 or 4 slices velveeta, each 1/4-inch thick and 1/2 c. or more pepperidge farm herb seasoning stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook spinach according to directions, drain thoroughly.
In separate pan, melt 1/2 stick butter, cream cheese and Velveeta. Mix in spinach.
Put in casserole dish.
Melt remaining butter in pan and mix in stuffing and put on top.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
