Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cottage cheese, 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. flour and 2 or 3 dashes nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook spinach in small amount of water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Beat eggs and add 1/4 of spinach water, cottage cheese and flour.
Season with nutmeg and mustard or lemon juice.
Add drained spinach.
Bake in a greased baking dish for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 7 or 8.
