Spinach Casserole

Made with 1 tbsp. corn oil, 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, 3 eggs, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and 1 (16 oz.) container ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Coat bottom and sides of an 8-inch baking dish with oil.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs, coating surface evenly.
Beat eggs.
Drain spinach well.
Add spinach and cheeses to eggs; mix well.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour into prepared dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown.
Serves 8.
