Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can artichoke hearts, 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 stick margarine, softened and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut artichokes in pieces and place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cook spinach just until tender (don't overcook).
While still hot, mix margarine and cream cheese with the spinach.
Add salt to taste.
Pour over the artichokes.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 24 minutes.
