Cook and drain spinach.
Saute onion in oleo.
Add onions to spinach and other ingredients except artichokes which have been cut in half and lined in a 3-quart casserole.
Pour spinach mixture over artichokes and bake at 350Β° until bubbly.
Serves 16.
