Spinach Bread
Spinach Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh bread dough, 1 pkg. fresh spinach, cooked, 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, 1 clove garlic, crushed and 1 egg white, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Roll out dough on floured surface to form a rectangle.
Spread cheese, then spinach.
Sprinkle on fresh garlic. Fold over dough and tuck in ends to form a loaf. Slit top and wash with egg white.
