Spinach Balls Hors D'Oeuvres is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed, 2 c. pepperidge farm herb stuffing (ground not cubed), 3 eggs, beaten, 1 c. parmesan cheese and 3/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook and drain (squeeze) spinach.
Mix margarine with spinach until melted.
Add cheese and eggs when spinach is cool.
Form into balls (1 tablespoon size).
Bake on cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes approximately 75 balls.
Can be frozen until needed.
