Drain spinach (squeeze dry) and combine with other ingredients.
Put bowl in freezer until hard enough to roll.
Roll out into 1-inch balls and put on cookie sheet in freezer.
After frozen, they can be stored in bags.
Cook at 350Β° for approximately 20 minutes (until golden brown).
