Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, 2 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed, 1 c. firmly packed fresh grated parmesan cheese (5 oz. wedge), 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted and 4 small green onions, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine all ingredients except sauce in large bowl and mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls; cover and refrigerate or freeze until ready to bake.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Set balls on ungreased baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with Mustard Sauce.
Makes 70 appetizers.
