Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and well drained, 2 c. pepperidge farm herb dressing, 2 onions, minced, 5 eggs, beaten and 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Roll into small balls.
At this point, the balls may be frozen to use at a later date.
Bake on cookie sheet at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.
Makes 60 to 72 balls.
