Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well, 2 c. herb stuffing mix (pepperidge farm), 2 onions, diced, 3/4 c. melted butter and 1/2 tsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix and form into bite-sized balls.
Bake on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for between 10 and 20 minutes.
May be frozen, then thawed 1 hour before cooking.
If freezing, freeze separately then put together.
